RANJ x Clifr is an R&B duo that creates genre-fluid music, sprinkling space pop, house, hip-hop and jazz influences into their songs, all blended in with a distinctive R&B flavour of their own.
Their journey started as part of a Carnatic fusion band, ‘Kelvikkuri’ which experimented with jazz music. The duo released their debut EP ‘593 Vol. 1’ in 2021, which flipped the script, introducing a new age sound that alternated between R&B and rap. They went from strength to strength, following that up with a full length album ‘Antihero’ and another EP ‘Play Me!’ in 2023. 2025 saw a slew of new singles, beginning with the sexy Pharrell-inspired I’M JUST A WOMAN FORREAL - all leading up to RANJ’s massive 27-track mixtape, 27 Club, which dropped on February 27th, 2026.
