Composed of songwriter-producer duo Maeve and Jasper, Lucky Iris make crunchy pop music with melodic vocal hooks and hyperpop infused beats. The pair are fresh off the release of their debut mixtape, ‘fallinlovewiththedj’ out 23rd January via EMI North record label partner Launchpad+.
Since announcing their new mixtape in late September last year, Lucky Iris have received ongoing praise from respected tastemakers across music and culture, including Rolling Stone UK, Clash, DIY, Wonderland, NME, The Forty Five, BBC Radio 1 Dance, and BBC 6 Music. Ending the year featuring on billboards around London as one of Spotify UK’s class of 2025.
But there are no signs of the momentum slowing down. Since the release in the final weeks of January, Lucky Iris have been made a Spotify Radar First Listen Artist, featured on Huw Stephens’ Round Table on Radio 6 Music, been in the mix for New Music Fix on 6, and most recently have been announced as one of the NME 100 for 2026.
