DONT MAKE THIS WEIRD is an artist from Wales, making emotionally charged pop for cathartic release. His sound fuses cinematic electronics, hyper-pop sparkle, and raw, confessional songwriting inspired by his experience of queer love lust and heartbreak.
He recently released his debut self-titled album Co-produced with Gethin Pearson (Charli XCX, Orla Gartland) and Oscar Moos (Nxdia, Col3trane). The project earned support across Spotify editorial playlists (New Music Friday, GLOW, Fresh Finds, Goosebumps), and praise from pop tastemaker Sam Murphy, who called it “the best album by a male artist this year.”
Further industry support has come from BBC Radio including being made ‘Obsession of the Week’ on The Jo Whiley Show.Press includes i-D, NOWNESS, The Line of Best Fit, Attitude and DIY, with CLASH calling him a “startling new talent.”

He directs all of his own visuals, with work featured by NOWNESS, screened at Vienna Short Film Festival, and nominated for a Berlin Music Video Award.
