My career has been shaped by a single tension: the gap between what technology can do and who actually benefits from it. I'm a computer scientist with a PhD from the University of Cambridge. I spent five years at McKinsey working on AI and digital transformation, helping organizations move from strategy to execution at scale. Today, I'm Director of Strategic Initiatives at the International Rescue Committee, deploying AI in some of the world's most complex humanitarian environments.
