Prev. Red Bull, The Face

As the Music Director for The Face, Davy worked across editorial, social, commercial projects, podcasts and events. The Face published cover stories with Charli xcx, Adele, Central Cee, Fakemink, Vybz Kartel, Chappell Roan, Tems, Tyler, the Creator, Rosalía, Little Simz and Olivia Rodrigo.

Davy advised on music talent and created editorial angles for The Face's projects with Burberry, Levi’s, Nike, Stone Island, New Balance and Berghaus. He curated line-ups for Fashion Week parties and issue launch events, also managing the New Noise talent showcases which took place in London, Manchester and Newcastle.

Before working at The Face, Davy was the Editor of Crack Magazine, where he worked during the publication's transitional phase from a local Bristol publication to an internationally renowned title. At Crack, he secured cover stories with MF Doom, FKA twigs, Aphex Twin, Dean Blunt, Arca and SOPHIE. As the Music Editor at Red Bull UK, Davy oversaw the brand’s music-related content, also informing its music policy and event line-ups.

With 14 years in the industry, Davy has developed in-depth cultural knowledge that spans genres, scenes, eras and regions. He is motivated by a desire to make sure that exciting cultural movements are heard and appreciated by as many people as possible.
