Lewis Silkin

Cliff Fluet is a lawyer, advisor and sector leader who works at the intersection of creativity, technology and third sector. A Partner at Lewis Silkin and member of the firm's Partnership Board with responsibility for innovation and future strategy, he simultaneously founded and runs Eleven Advisory, a specialist firm advising media, music, sport and entertainment businesses on strategy, commercialisation and innovation.


He has advised AI and music-technology companies including Jukedeck (acquired by ByteDance), AI Music (acquired by Apple) and Audoo from early stage through to international scale, and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of ATC Music Group plc, appointed ahead of its AIM admission in 2025.


Cliff chairs Help Musicians, one of the UK's leading music charities, and is Founding Chair of Music Minds Matter, the dedicated mental health charity for the music sector. As inaugural Chair of Music Technology UK, he represents nearly 200 member companies across AI, rights, data and immersive technologies, leading international missions to promote the UK ecosystem globally.


He advises Members of the DCMS Select Committee on music remuneration and artificial intelligence, lectures at Berklee College of Music and NYU Steinhardt, and has spoken at SXSW, Music Biz, IMPF and Reeperbahn Festival. A Gold Award winner for Mentor of the Year at the UK Social Mobility Awards 2025, Cliff has mentored over 75 individuals from under-represented backgrounds across nearly two decades.
