The Death of a Hero

Director, scriptwriter and actor Karin Franz Körlof (b. 1986) is educated at Stockholm University of the Arts and has acted in a number of films, TV-productions and plays. She made her breakthrough in Pernilla August’s A Serious Game (Den allvarsamma leken, 2016) which made her Shooting Star at the Berlinale Film Festival in 2017. Karin has written and directed four short films as well as one play, The Barbie Nazi (Barbienazisten, 2014).
