ONE OFF TRAKS X New Gen Artistry
Co-curated by ONE OFF TRAKS and New Gen Artistry, this showcase brings together emerging women and gender-diverse artists working across so-called Australia’s R&B, soul, hip-hop and alt-pop scenes. Rooted in collaboration, experimentation, and artist-led practice, the lineup reflects a new wave of artists building work through community rather than convention. Shaped by artist-run, community-led teams, the showcase traces a path from grassroots creation to global stages, spotlighting the ecosystems driving some of the most exciting new music coming out of so-called Australia right now.
ONE OFF TRAKS, held within Offbeat Collective, is a songwriting and production space based on so-called Australia, led by creatives Jannah Beth and Minori Ueda, with artist ambassador Jamaica Moana. Working primarily across Australia and Aotearoa, the project brings together female, trans, and non-binary artists — including those who identify culturally as Fa’afafine, Fakaleiti, Takatāpui, and people from all Indigenous cultures whose identities align with this space — centring collaboration, experimentation, and collective care.
