Vinai joined Tottenham Hotspur Football Club as Chief Executive Officer on 1 June 2025, responsible for both sporting and non-sporting matters. Vinai qualified as a management accountant before his career in sport, when he was a strategy consultant at Deloitte. After Deloitte he worked in the record-breaking Commercial Team of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. He joined Arsenal Football Club in 2010 and worked in a number of senior roles before becoming CEO including Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director. In his time as CEO a complete turnaround was driven across all areas of the Club resulting in record revenues, regaining Champions League qualification and narrowly missing out on the Premier League title. He is most proud of the reconnection that was built with the Club’s fans all across the world.

Vinai is known as a leader in Women’s Football and as well as playing a key role in the growth of Arsenal Women, he chaired a group including 10 Clubs and the FA to unanimously agree a new governance structure for the domestic women’s game. As well as his executive roles he has sat on various Boards including at UEFA, European Clubs Association (ECA), and the London 2017 World Athletics Championships. He was also Chair of the Wembley Stadium Advisory Board. He is currently a Non-Executive Director and REMCO Chair of the British Olympic In 2024 was awarded an OBE for services to sport in the King’s New Years Association. Honours List.
