Rosie Hewitson is a journalist and writer based in Hackney. Since 2021, she has been on staff at Time Out London, where she is currently the Things to Do Editor.
She’s also written for a variety of online and print publications, including British Vogue, The Guardian, The Independent, VICE, The Fence, Huck and Mundial, and co-authored ‘London Shopfronts’ (Prestel, 2023) with illustrator Joel Holland.
Alongside thinking and writing about the city, she spends her spare time seeing films at the BFI, flitting between east London pubs on a Lime bike, and moonlighting as a ball-playing centre-back in the manner of Virgil Van Dijk for Hackney women's football team Whippets FC.
