Marina Gerner is the author of The Vagina Business: The Innovative Breakthroughs that Could Change Everything in Women's Health. Focused on world-leading innovation in women’s health from fertility to menopause and beyond the uterus, the book has been chosen a Book of the Month by the Financial Times and won the Porchlight Business Book Award and the Mindvalley Book Club Award.


As a journalist, Marina has written for publications including The Times, Wall Street Journal, Money Observer, and Wired. And, as an academic she is an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business (London campus) and holds a PhD from the London School of Economics.

An inspiring speaker on innovation in women's health, Marina speaks at tech conferences, female empowerment summits, book clubs, universities, clubs, and employee events around the world—and she has given a talk at SXSW in Austin.

Born in Kyiv, she was raised in Frankfurt, briefly lived in New York, and has mainly lived in London, where she can be found drinking cappuccinos with friends and taking her toddler to bars.
