Chris Simpson-Daniel is the Founder of Tempus Group Villages. He is a purpose-driven leader focused on transforming care for individuals living with long-term neurological conditions, drawing on his background in elite sport and personal experience to build innovative, community-based solutions that prioritize dignity, independence, and family well-being. Following his diagnosis with CTE in 2022 at age 44, he founded Tempus in 2023 to future-proof his own care and support others facing similar challenges, particularly former athletes and military personnel. A former professional rugby player, Premiership winner with Newcastle, and England A representative, he retired after multiple ACL injuries and is a father of six, whose experiences shape his mission to create the world’s first supported residential villages for these communities.
