He currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of Converse Europe, where he leads the region’s full business ecosystem — overseeing marketplace strategy, brand positioning, and commercial operations across key territories including the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.

With deep expertise in merchandising and marketplace management, Steven has built a reputation for unlocking growth through consumer-led product creation, cultural connection, and operational excellence. His leadership experience spans global merchandising for Jordan Brand and Nike Kids, and now brand and business leadership at Converse.
