Screen Keynote: Russell T Davies

BAFTA-winning screenwriter and producer Russell T Davies has created several award-winning, culture-shifting series, including the groundbreaking Queer as Folk and Bob and Rose. He went on to successfully revive the classic British science fiction series Doctor Who, returning to the BBC to oversee the series in 2021, where he also worked on the spin-off series The Way Between the Land and the Sea. With his new original drama Tip Toe coming soon to Channel 4, Davies joins SXSW London to discuss his pioneering, genre-traversing career, his legacy in television with both adapted and original work, and the exciting projects he has in store.
