Lover’s Skit is the Stockholm-born duo of Nathalia Aránguiz and Ove Jerndal, both 20. With a shared background in music, they’ve been creating together for three years. What started with a focus on music, fashion and style soon evolved into live shows at their local youth center before they even turned 18.

Their sound is energetic, bold, and impossible to ignore—fueled by sharp aesthetics and tongue-in-cheek confidence. Drawing on everything from 90s breakbeat (think The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Fatboy Slim) to raw indie acts like Wet Leg and Le Tigre, with a dose of rap thrown into the mix, Lover’s Skit crafts music that makes you move—and feel. Since their early shows, they’ve steadily built a reputation through standout live performances across Sweden and beyond. With a self-released debut EP and appearances at major festivals and club stages, Lover’s Skit has quickly become a name to watch on the international scene.

2024 saw the momentum continue: two packed-out shows at The Great Escape in Brighton, a UK tour supporting Angélica Garcia, a tent-shaking set at Roskilde Festival, and a slot opening for Viagra Boys and The Hives at STHLM Fields in Stockholm.

Now based in London, Lover’s Skit is gearing up to release new music in spring/summer 2025 - followed by shows across the UK and Europe.
