Professor Sneh Khemka CBE MBChB MRCOphth MFHP (Hon) is a well-known figure in the world of healthcare.

He is an established voice of authority, having undertaken a number of high profile talks internationally on what the future of health holds for humanity. He is also an established broadcaster, having run a live medical call in show on London’s hugely popular LBC 97.3FM for 9 years. His presentations and addresses have delighted and entertained senior audiences across over 20 countries, offering both meaningful insight and gentle humour.

Sneh trained as a cancer surgeon in Edinburgh and London before setting up his own digital healthcare business. He has occupied roles as the Global Medical Director for Bupa, Chief Operating Officer for Advanced Oncotherapy PLC, which is a spin off from CERN (home of the Large Hadron Collider), and Head of Population Health at Aetna/CVS Health, the US healthcare giant. More recently he was CEO of the Simplyhealth Group, a £240M revenue health insurer in the UK. Currently he is Venture Partner at Archimed Health and Executive Director at NEOM in Saudi Arabia, looking after Health & Wellbeing for the mega-project, tasked with designing a brand new system for healthcare based on Prediction, Prevention and Precision.

He chairs or sits on the boards of a range of companies, including Synnovis, the UK largest laboratory/pathology provider, Habitual Healthcare, AllergyRhino, Medi2Data, and Qured. He is also Senior Advisor to Vault Capital, Candesic, League and Adoreum. He has additionally been advisor to a number of private equity houses, including Rothschild/Five Arrows, Montagu, and LDC.

In his spare time, he has worked as an expedition medic, supporting people undertaking gruelling challenges around the world. He is married with 2 young children, Allegra and Xander.

Sneh is an Honorary Professor of Healthcare at the University of Wales and holds an honorary degree in Public Health. He was made a CBE (Commander of the British Empire) in the King’s New Years honours in 2025.
