Russell Palmer is a technologist, entrepreneur, and AI innovator shaping the future of creative storytelling. He co-founded CyberFilm AI at the dawn of the Generative AI revolution, where he leads the development of Saga (https://WriteOnSaga.com), an AI-powered platform revolutionizing screenwriting and storyboarding. Backed by Jason Calacanis’ LAUNCH Fund, Saga helps writers and filmmakers bring their ideas to life with cutting-edge AI tools.

Russell created Saga with his brother Andrew, a Hollywood Assistant Director, award-winning producer, and founder of Synapz Productions. Andrew has written multiple novels and screenplays and played a key role in designing the app specifically for screenwriters and creators. Before founding CyberFilm AI, Russell built a distinguished career in AI and software engineering. He was VP of Software Engineering for JPMorgan Chase’s AI Lab in Palo Alto, Principal Software Engineer & Product Manager at Viv Labs AI in San Jose (a Samsung subsidiary) working on one of the first AI Agents "Bixby", and a PM at Microsoft in Redmond, WA.

With a background at the intersection of AI, filmmaking, and product innovation, Russell brings a unique perspective on how AI is transforming the creative industries.
