Pixie Pickering

Pixie Pickering is VP Creative and Head of Sync at Sony Music Publishing in London. Pickering has been instrumental in shaping the company's sync strategy and working closely with songwriters to achieve their sync dreams via sync songwriting camp, regular artist showcases, bespoke composition opportunities, and working across a range of Sony One partnerships. As co-head of the sync department, Pickering manages a team of 14 people, liaising closely with the A&R department and SMP-signed songwriters and artists on multiple projects. Working closely with clients across all genres of the business, including TV, Film, Games, Advertising and Brands, Pickering works to suggest the best-suited music choices for placements, and works with clients on creative artist collaborations.
