Peter Briffett is the CEO & Co-founder of Wagestream. Founded in 2018, Wagestream is an industry-leading provider of fairer financial wellbeing solutions for employees that are often underserved by traditional finance. Wagestream believes in eradicating the poverty line, and currently provides services to over 1200 employers and 3 million+ employees.
Prior to founding Wagestream, Peter was a seasoned entrepreneur who had founded, managed and scaled multiple high-growth technology businesses. His 25+ year career has spanned companies such as Microsoft and Thomas Reuters, to LivingSocial, and YPlan.
Peter is passionate about helping other founding CEOs, often sharing his experience and advice on founder learnings, growth strategy and VC investment. He works closely on inputting and influencing government policies on employer pay, benefits and frontline worker policies across the UK.
Peter loves playing tennis and cricket, and enjoys travel, time with his family.
