Lily Elsner is CEO and Co-Founder of Jack Fertility, an Oxford-based startup revolutionising male reproductive health with a novel, postal, home-to-lab semen analysis kit. Jack delivers clinic-grade results and personalised sperm optimisation plans, all without setting foot in a clinic. Lily holds an MBA from Oxford, a double BA in Biology & Philosophy from Wellesley College and is a former Chief of Staff at Capital One and ex-Head of Strategy at a UK growth stage AI drug discovery company. Lily won an Innovate UK Young Innovator Award for Jack Fertility and press coverage in Men’s Health, GQ, The Guardian, Sifted, and many others.
