Lesley-Ann Daly

Lesley-Ann Daly is a Design Research Consultant at Globant, where she brings strategic design and ethical inquiry into technology development. With a PhD in Design Ethics, she helps multidisciplinary teams confront critical questions like “why are we making this?” and “who and what will it impact?”. Her work explores the societal and planetary implications of innovation—particularly in emerging technology fields like sensory augmentation and human enhancement—and translates complex insights across industry, academia, and the public sphere. Lesley-Ann is developing a planet-centred ethical design framework that challenges conventional tech narratives and empowers teams to create truly transformative change.
