Julija (JJ) Jegorova

JJ is the founder of Black Unicorn PR, a startup and VC-first communications agency built for ambitious founders scaling fast. With 16 years of international PR experience across both in-house and agency roles, she has worked with globally recognised brands including TomTom, ASUS and Visa, before turning her focus to the startup ecosystem in 2015.

Since then, JJ has led PR for one of London’s most successful tech startups and partnered with independent agencies supporting high-growth B2B technology companies, from early-stage ventures to pre-IPO-level businesses.

In 2018, she launched Black Unicorn PR to challenge traditional agency models by putting founders first and operating as a true extension of their teams from day one.
