His leadership focuses on the challenges of making hybrid working work and he is an industry leader in thinking on ‘dynamic management’ – driving new delivery models into all areas of the real estate lifecycle, through the hotelisation of corporate real estate and its convergence with complementary business functions. He is currently working with a leading global financial services account, transforming JLL's global 1,600-person team into a new structure, ensuring that digital, experience and sustainability are at the heart this change. Iain has been driven the development and implementation of JLL’s latest Custom Assistant AI-powered solution designed to enhance access to information clients, breaking down language barriers JLL’s global team and allowing users to ask intricate contract questions in many native languages and get answers in seconds. In addition to being a huge productivity booster, it's also a great example of how AI can be a game-changer for collaborative, global work culture.
