Fran Millar

CEO

Rapha

Fran Millar was appointed CEO of Rapha in September 2024, bringing with her over 20 years of leadership experience in elite sport, cycling and luxury fashion.

After leaving school, Millar established her own athlete management agency, representing rising stars Mark Cavendish and Geraint Thomas, before becoming a founding member of Team Sky, delivering an unprecedented seven Tour de France titles, from 2012 – 2019. As the team's Head of Winning Behaviours, Millar was responsible for developing an empathetic, value-oriented, high-performance culture fundamental to the team's success at the apex of professional cycling. Millar then applied this methodology to help Eliud Kipchoge break the sub-two-hour marathon barrier, before leading Team Sky's transition into Team INEOS.

In October 2020, Fran became CEO of British heritage marque Belstaff, driving transformational change and super-charging the iconic global brand with a people-led approach to reinvention and collective ambition.
