Dr Simon Cork is a neurophysiologist with expertise on the biological mechanisms underlying appetite regulation and obesity. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University Medical School, where he plays a key role in training the next generation of medical professionals.

Dr Cork’s research focuses on how the brain and body communicate to control hunger, with particular emphasis on the science behind weight loss medications.
