Donald Ristow serves as Senior Legal Counsel, Environmental Sustainability at Vaayu, acting as Vaayu’s in-house expert on sustainability regulation and ensuring that products align with evolving sustainability legislation in the U.S. and Europe. A qualified lawyer in the U.S., Donald previously worked for six years at two large international law firms, practicing in the areas of environmental and climate law. With expertise spanning emissions regulation, green marketing, and corporate sustainability disclosure, Donald helps Vaayu advance its mission to build future-ready solutions for the retail industry. Donald earned his JD in 2014 at UCLA School of Law, and regularly shares legal insights and thought leadership on sustainability standards and regulation.
