Tarek Mouganie is the Founder & Group CEO of Affinity Africa, a digital bank expanding financial access for underserved individuals and MSMEs since its launch in October 2024. 65% of its customers are newly banked and over 60% are women. A Ghanaian entrepreneur with a PhD from Cambridge, Tarek began in academia before becoming a Director at Man Group. He is a 2022 Archbishop Tutu Fellow and 2024 Yale World Fellow.
