Finn Yvo
Artist
Finn Yvo is an artist, curator, arts facilitator and psychotherapist whose creative practice is rooted in painting and drawing. Their work centers on empowering community groups to engage in play, creativity, and collective exploration—opening up possibilities for growth, connection, and change, both individually and within community.
For over a decade, Finn has worked with diverse groups through long-term, collaborative projects that foreground care, inclusion, and creativity. Recently, they led an eight-month project with LGBTQ+ artists across generations for the British Museum, in connection with the museum’s Michelangelo exhibition. They also facilitated a co-created installation with teenagers at the Greenwich Maritime Museum, themed around the idea of “a space to belong,” which will be exhibited at Somerset House later this year.
Finn’s public work includes murals across London celebrating LGBTQ+ lives, as well as illustrations for Pride festivals and queer club nights. Across all facets of their practice, Finn is committed to accessibility, representation, and trans rights, using art as a tool for advocacy, solidarity, and healing.
