Moving on from the Supermum myth

The myth of “Supermum” paints a picture of a woman seamlessly balancing a career, family, and everything in between. But the reality is that no one can, or should, be expected to live up to this impossible standard. The Supermum trope reinforces an unsustainable model that holds mothers to lofty expectations while overlooking the critical role of dads in the parenting equation. It’s time to change that.
