Drew Lam is the A&R/Artist Services Lead at Platoon, based in London. Founded in 2016, and acquired by Apple in 2018, boutique artist services company Platoon identifies and shepherds exciting musical talent from around the world while arming them with innovative tools and services to build careers and reach new fans. His team focuses on signing artists to the UK roster, as well as overseeing the artist development process to their marketing campaigns.

Prior to Platoon, Drew spent 8+ years at Spotify, where he was part of the Artist Services team that acts as the direct point of contact for artists & managers, representing the artist's interests to the wider business, whilst equipping them with all the information and tools that they need to build their presence & find their audience on the service.
