Sope Soetan

Sope Soetan is a music publicist, journalist, researcher and speaker. Soetan has spearheaded PR campaigns for acts like Headie One, Ayra Starr, Rema, cktrl, SuperJazzClub, Joan As Police Woman and KOKOROKO in addition to events including The MOBO Awards and Notting Hill Carnival and community-run organizations like Black Lives In Music. As a journalist, he's published editorial work with GRAMMY.com, Dazed, Wax Poetics, Mixmag, Okayplayer, CLASH and many others. Interviewing esteemed artists and figures like Mathew Knowles, Patrice Rushen, Jazmine Sullivan, Ezra Collective, Corinne Bailey Rae, JoJo, Brandy, serpentwithfeet, Che Lingo, Ravyn Lenae, Brian Jackson, Jim Legxacy and En Vogue.
