Rupert King
Blue Raincoat Music
With over 12 years in the music industry, I’ve spent a decade at Blue Raincoat Music, including five years managing the groundbreaking Nova Twins. I spearheaded their rise to critical acclaim, securing a Mercury Prize nomination, two BRIT Award nominations, sold-out global tours, and standout festival appearances. At Blue Raincoat, I also played a key role in shaping the early success of Cigarettes After Sex, overseeing their marketing strategy and breakthrough releases. Passionate about amplifying innovative voices, I previously served as VP of Marketing for Chrysalis Records, leading campaigns for Grammy-nominated albums like Laura Marling’s Song For Our Daughter and working with icons such as Sinéad O’Connor and The Specials.
