Nina Radojewski

Association of Independent Music

Nina Radojewski is Head of Membership at AIM, the Association of Independent Music, the organisation exclusively representing the UK’s independent music sector. As Head of Membership Nina leads on AIM’s core membership strategy, activities, and team. Before moving into the role of Head of Membership in 2022 Nina has led on all aspects of career development, education and training within AIM’s membership as Professional Development Lead. She has and continues to build and program me the AIM Academy, consisting of in-person and online webinars, workshops and conferences. Nina is also the Chair of UK Music’s Education and Skills Committee and is a key part in developing a new apprenticeship standard for labels and publishers as well as showing new professional talent routes into the music industry via the Music Academic Partnership Programme

Why you are excited about SXSW London 2025:

I’m excited to see the different showcases from the co-curators, many of which are labels from the AIM community and partners that we’ve worked with over the years on our own events. I’m also excited to see the many amazing acts that have applied to play, bring their music to the stage of this inaugural event!
