Al Mills is a key member of the Red Light Management London team.
She co-manages artists and producers including Interpol, Pendulum, Belle & Sebastian, Knife Party, Ed O’Brien (Radiohead), Flood, and Ride amongst others.
Al spent six years prior to her time with Red Light at Rough Trade stores in London where her curatory voice and cultural opinion shaped the path for a number of artists.
