Lee Lindley is an investor at Mercia Ventures, focusing on late Seed and Series A investments across Life Sciences, HealthTech and DeepTech including AI-enabled software and computer vision. Since joining Mercia in 2021, Lee has returned to science-led innovation. Previously, Lee worked in Corporate Finance at PwC in healthcare and spent two years on M&A across energy and digital infrastructure. Their career began on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, where they qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant. Lee studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge specialising in Cognitive Neuroscience and holds a Master's in Research Methods from Manchester.
