Now Managing Director at Character 7, Anna’s previous roles include Managing Director at leading talent agency Casarotto Ramsay & Associates, Director of Entertainment Partnerships at Meta, Creative Director at global video channel NOWNESS and Commissioner and Head of Digital, Film4. From leading teams of agents and executives who represent top talent from across the creative industries at CRAL, to developing, commissioning and producing thousands of titles with NOWNESS, the thread that runs throughout Anna’s rich and varied career is the desire to connect exceptional storytellers with their audiences in a range of exciting and innovative ways.
In addition to her role at Character 7, Anna is also Chair of the BAFTA Film Committee.During her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in reviewing and updating rules around membership and voting processes, to help ensure that nominations are more diverse, gender-balanced and representative of our society. This builds on an ongoing commitment to inclusion and equity at every level of the creative industries.
Anna has previously been named as one Creative Review's 'Creative Leaders 50', and was included in the inaugural Time Out 'Culture 100'.
